Job Description
This position plays a key role within OSTA by providing strategic production and revenue support to management across the organization. The individual in this role will be required to collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic planning, devise financial modeling and profitability analysis, perform budgeting/forecasting, develop KPIs, and ensure business performance management for production, revenue, and OSTA marketing. This role will heavily support the production team and business partnerships with the marketing finance organization.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with production and marketing functional leaders to provide valuable insights that enable production and marketing leadership to evaluate revenue and marketing expense needs, define success measures, and establish related target metrics.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and commentary on OSTA revenue activity.
- Partner with management to understand business operations, offer financial guidance, and support production teams in managing risks and opportunities.
- Leverage advanced data management skills and a deep understanding of financial modeling to collaborate with other departments in designing and implementing strategic reporting solutions that enhance insight into OSTA production and revenue.
- Support the reporting process and develop best practices to communicate financial results efficiently and effectively to revenue stakeholders.
- Develop financial plans that incorporate business trends, integrate new product development, and improve operations projects. Partner with Olympus divisions and functions to refine key assumptions, inputs, targets, and metrics for production.
- Enhance processes to improve revenue planning, forecasting, and related analytical activities.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform other essential duties as directed.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- B.S. required; MBA/CPA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of business planning and financial analysis experience.
Preferred:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- High level of motivation, commitment and dedication combined with a proactive mind set.
- Must be a Team player.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Demonstrated aptitude for partnership, building relationships, and implementing complex financial modelling and commentary.
- Individual must have relevant software skills (experience with the following software products or their equivalents required: Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView or Essbase; Advanced skill level in use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $86,968.00 - $117,406.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
