Job Description

The Global Sr. Strategic Marketing Analyst, Single-Use Endoscopy will support the Executive Director and Senior Manager with key data and analyses for decision making in a critical and highly visible medical device business segment.   


This individual will conduct analyses to forecast and create strategic plans, including implementation plans. They will create models and automate data collection to update plans and inform strategy. This individual will research, organize and analyze data and recommendations for clear communication to key stakeholders and leaders. These analyses will be designed to uncover insights needed to make data-driven decisions on commercial objectives and priorities.

Job Duties

* Analyze, mine and provide input to evaluate new market opportunities.


* Prepare and maintain competitive analysis for all Business Units to be used for Early Opportunity Evaluations, including on-going monitoring of investor presentations, digital/social media, trade shows, clinical whitepapers, etc.


* Deep dive on disease state statistics and procedure trends for future generation strategies.


* Start and manage data collection among all regions and with other functions (ie. Healthcare economics, clinical, etc.).


* On-going searches and analyses to provide market data to support Early Opportunity Evaluations, Go-To-Market initiatives and investor presentations.


* Liaise with finance to ensure product roadmap revenue is aligned with long-range strategy and Single Use Endoscopy targets.


* Monitor market trends including competition, procedural/market growth, reimbursement, clinical literature and emerging technologies.


* Support execution of HCP interactions including ensuring all compliance documentation.


* All other essential related duties as required.

Job Requirements


*  Bachelor's degree required.


* Minimum 3 years of experience within medical devices, diagnostics, and/or pharmaceuticals.


* Minimum 4 years of business experience is required (ideal candidate will have a working understanding of new product/new business analysis, competitive and clinical trend analysis and forecasting new opportunities).



Global marketing experience preferred.


* Experience with medical scopes is strongly preferred.


*  Ability to turn detailed data analyses into succinct, useful strategic insight to guide business decisions.


* Outstanding written and verbal presentation and communication skills.


* Creativity and knowledge in uncovering reliable data sources for competitive and clinical trends.


* Outstanding project management and prioritization skills.


* Ability to achieve results by working cross-functionally and collaboratively within a matrixed organization.
