Job Description

The Global Marketing Agency Department focuses on developing compelling, customer focused campaigns, communications and stories about our solutions to evoke attention and generate interest at our target audiences. The Global Marcom Business Partner will leverage use his/her broad skills to advise and partner with business units, develop communication strategies / campaigns, marketing communications plans and related tactical deliverables. Being part of a global team of professionals, she/he will be driving Marcom projects closely with Omnichannel marketing team, creative design, web & app content team, social media coordinators etc. as well as internal departments such as regulatory affairs, legal and more. While her/his internal customers would mainly be global / regional business units and her/his external audience will focus on healthcare professionals, industry stakeholders and creative agencies.

Job Duties

* Lead Marcom / campaign projects from strategy to distribution:


* Strategic consulting: Communication strategy and campaign development, working closely with the related Business Leads and Product Managers uncovering market needs and wants, profiling target groups, value proposition and positioning.


* Campaign planning: Core messages at touchpoints, conceptual buildup of specified content and creative.


* Tactical breakdown: Work with business units, regional & country partners, weighing in customer insights through VOC.


* Define campaign measurables in collaboration with Marketing ROI.


* Design the tactical road map together with Omnichannel campaign marketing and agreeing on content requirements.


* Creative production: Internal & external creative cross collaboration in the design and production of contents.


* Lead the creation and production of all needed marketing, sales & training deliverables.


* Holistic approach: Aligning with brand values and conforming messaging with our Corporate brand guidelines.


* Define guidelines and playbooks for the global roll-out of all Marcom activities / campaigns.


* Ensure that all Marcom / campaign assets and guidelines are available for regional / local market roll-out on time.


* Collaboration, participation at high-level Marcom projects with the aim of continuously improving marketing communications, operations and services

Job Requirements



* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Management or related field required.


* MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree preferred.


* Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in executing marketing communications programs at a strategic and tactical level (preferably healthcare / medtech industry).
