Job Description
The Procurement Performance & Process Manager is a strategic role that supports and communicates with the global and regional key stakeholders by data analyses, development of comprehensive KPIs, reports and dashboards as well as standardization and implementation of procurement processes.
This role defines and monitors KPIs, understands the data source, has a deep knowledge about implemented software and IT systems and can transfer complex information in simple and meaningful presentations. Additionally, this role creates and standardizes procurement processes in close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders from multiple functions (e.g. Supplier Quality) and acts as regional contact person for internal/external audits.
Job Duties
- Identification, selection, definition and calculation of global and regional procurement KPIs.
- Continuous development and improvement of procurement KPIs, IT systems and reports.
- Creation of comprehensive dashboards, reports and presentations including detailed knowledge about data source and aggregation.
- Coordination of procurement IT changes and implementation of new procurement software solutions.
- Creation, updating and standardization of procurement processes in close collaboration with Supplier Quality and other functions.
- Training of regional colleagues regarding standardized processes and monitoring of procurement processes (Process Controlling).
- Leading regular meetings with international and cross-functional stakeholders for monitoring procurement performance.
- Support and attend on internal/external audits as procurement representative and ensure that processes are in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 13485).
Job Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- 6+ years experience in data analytics
- Professional experience in a highly regulated branch (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceutics, aerospace, automative etc.)
- Experience in project management and cross functional teamwork
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, as well as strong collaboration skills
- Advanced skills in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables)
- Advanced skills in Power Point (visualizations, formatting, slide master, storytelling)
- Strategic mind-set and hands-on approach
- Ability to condense and present complex information to different management levels with meaningful reports and presentations
Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in processes management
- Experience with ESG (Environmental, Social und Governance) in manufacturing companies
- Proven experience to driving organizational changes by aligning stakeholders and adoption of new processes and systems
- Experience with Power BI, SQL and/or VBA
- Knowledge about databases in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.):
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position in this location is $106,374.00 - $148,923.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
