Job Description

As Omnichannel Manager - Product Owner you will be involved in leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric digital products to deliver business impact. You will be a core member of the pilot team with end-to-end responsibility for decisions and outcomes related to your pilot, with a mission to shape and implement pilots that transform the customer experience. You will play an important role leading an agile team to develop solutions to address meaningful business problems and opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance. 

Job Duties

 

  • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of omnichannel projects (including design, build, and scale up phases).
  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the customer.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Partners with product management, stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Translates product road-map features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Leads cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders.
  • Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value for the client.
  • Sets ambitious targets for pilots and tracks execution against both leading and lagging KPls.
  • Oversees initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in coordination with analytics teams.

 

 

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • BS/BA, MS or MBA Preferred or related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of strong experience in digital product development (preference for experience as business leader; IT leader would be considered).
  • Background that comprises of both understanding of a business organization as well as expert understanding of high-quality digital product delivery.
  • Demonstrated successful experience working with advanced analytics / data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.

 

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of GPOs, IDNs and inner workings of medtech customer and distributor partnerships
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of design thinking
