Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer II will support Operations by performing activities as assigned to minimize production down time, support root cause investigations, support quality related deviations, as well as supporting cost savings initiatives. They will also support testing and lab work activities, generating reports, test methods, data analysis and other activities as needed.

Job Duties

* Supports Contract Manufacturing operations and new product/process development activities.

 

* Supports validation of equipment and processes as required (IQ,OQ, PQ).

 

* Supports supplier change notification activities, working with Suppler Quality Engineering and other functions as assigned.

 

* Participation in cross functional project teams.

 

* Supports test method validation and drawing/model updates, as needed, generates change orders.

 

* Completes testing in lab, executing and supports reports, as required.

 

* Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* A Bachelor degree (B.S.) in science/engineering discipline.

 

* Minimum of 2 years related experience

 

* Experience with statistical data analysis

 

* Ability to work effectively with cross functional team

 

* Technical writing skills

 

* Fixtures/tooling knowledge

 

* CAD experience
