Job Description

To develop and deliver materials for multimedia E-learning projects for the sales training team. On an as needed basis consult with other program departments to determine training needs and other performance enhancement solutions. This position will work to assist content experts with design and delivery of multimedia training for all educational content to ensure quality learning outcomes while adhering to strict regulatory and legal guidelines. This position will partner with marketing, sales training and the Olympus marketing communications team.

Job Duties

* Develop online learning modules, interactive training tools, virtual training support, filming and editing training videos.

 

* Manage multiple projects achieving milestones to meet new training program introductions or program revisions.

 

* Work with stakeholders from training and marketing by taking projects from concept to completion.

 

* Identify additional material needs for the sales organization.

 

* Manage and execute the creative aspect of training program development under the direction of the senior manager.

 

* Assess existing training materials and help build the most appropriate formats and approaches with ongoing development and revisions that drive business needs.

 

* Develop evaluation strategies to collect feedback from learners to validate that learning outcomes are achieved.

 

* Work with LMS administrators on a continual basis to ensure the final course loading to the LMS.

 

* Submit projects for regulatory approval.

 

* Assist classroom and virtual training sessions when needed.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, preferably in technology education or graphic design related program.

 

* Minimum of 3-5 years in current and relevant experience building online e-learning modules and learning products, preferably in the medical or medical device industry.

 

* Minimal travel.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Working with the Articulate suite or other e-learning development platform.

 

* Experience in virtual training and platforms. (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).

 

* Expert level command of the Adobe creative suite of programs.

 

* Developing online training content incorporating video and audio media that can be played on a PC or mobile platform.

 

* Strong LMS understanding for course development upload and management of courses.

 

* Developing training guides (instructor and student) Classroom materials, tests, QRG’s, presentations, ETC.
