Job Description
The Global Product Manager, Urology will be the marketing lead and subject matter expert for a critical medical device business segment within the Kidney Stone Management franchise. This individual will serve as the Global Marketing core team lead for New Product Development projects while also managing a Global Portfolio of Products currently in the market.
Job Duties
* Serve as global marketing lead for a business segment within the Kidney Stone Management franchise.
* Drive new product development programs as global marketing core team lead.
* Serve as global product management lead for a portfolio of products that fall within the business segment and the team’s scope of responsibility.
* Derive a deep understanding of customer requirements / user needs through formal market research and procedural expertise.
* Collaborate with region commercial teams to ensure that sellers around the world have clear, consistent, evidence-backed messaging and the tools/programs they need to clearly communicate value proposition to their customers.
* Collaborate with global supply chain, manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure accurate forecasting & strong product supply.
* Plan & execute lifecycle management activities to ensure appropriate balance between launch of new products & obsolescence of older offerings.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Marketing, Business or related field, MBA preferred.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of medical devices.
* Ability To travel up to 25%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Global marketing experience preferred.
* Experience with medical scopes, such as ureteroscopes, strongly preferred.
