Job Description

The Sr. NetSuite Administrator will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of NetSuite systems. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all NetSuite instances and associated software. This may include coordination with all other IT groups and business users. It also will include troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers such as operations development and other business units. The Administrator will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT CRM systems investments.

Job Duties

 

*  Manage all NetSuite instances including routine maintenance upgrades and troubleshooting.

 

*  Support all internal customer issues dealing with the assigned CRM software.

 

*  Support additional corporate systems (e.g. Salesforce) which may or may not be integrated with assigned system.

 

*  Manage documentation of processes change orders testing and results for key CRM systems. Maintain documentation library.

 

*  Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

 

*  Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance.

 

*  Liaise with external IT vendor for applications project implementation systems enhancement and maintenance.

 

*  Design and perform server and security audits system backup procedures and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

 

*  Assist in the prioritization, scheduling and administration of all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required. Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders including management development teams end users and unit leaders.

 

*  Special projects as requested.

Job Requirements

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

*  BA/BS in the field of computer science software engineering or management information systems and/or 5+ years related work experience. Advanced degrees in computer science preferable.

 

*  NetSuite experience is required.

 

*  Previous experience working with an enterprise application is required.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

*  Software troubleshooting experience.

 

*  Solid experience using MS Office

 

*  Working knowledge in programming languages HTML CSS and JavaScript desirable.

 

*  Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
