Senior (Mixed Signal) Electrical Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Electrical Engineer is individual contributor that is self-starter and self-sufficient position. Strong ability in analog signal processing, DSP and algorithms utilizing the latest state of the art design and simulation tools.

Job Duties

* Design, simulate and implement analog active circuits utilizing PSpice.


* Develop digital signal processing algorithms and analyze them using industry standard tools such as MATLAB, Simulink and C programing.


* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience.


* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Signal processing (Analog and Digital) and algorithms development. 


* Working experience with MATLAB and Simulink.

* Ability to design and simulate (PSpice) analog active circuits.

* Ability to develop complex DSP algorithms utilizing MATLAB, Simulink or C programing language. 

* Ability to articulate and well document algorithms, design and analysis.

* Ability to create design validation test plans for test and debug circuits.

* Ability to conduct and participate in design reviews for schematics and PCB layout.

* Ability to oversee EMC/EMI testing and debug issues.

* Deep understanding data acquisition systems signal chain processing.

* Knowledge of DSP filter design such FIR, IIR etc.



* Experienced with Realtime embedded system designs is a plus.

* Experienced with developing NDT products or medical ultrasound is a plus.

* Knowledge of FPGA DSP design tools such System generator or DSP builder utilizing Simulink.

* Working experience with scripting languages such as TCL, PERL or Python.

* Experience with NI Labview for test development.
