Enterprise SaaS Sales Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced enterprise account sales executive to grow our digital service business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customers realize the value of our digital solutions as quickly as possible and drive adoption and increased renewal rates and minimizing churn. You will have key responsibility enabling SaaS and PaaS business models in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Success functions.

 

Job Duties:

* Manage complete key enterprise customer account sales from lead to initial revenue and continue to grow by using flywheel approach
 

* Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by focusing on solutions customer value (ROI)
 

* Help establish a sales process, work with relevant functions to implement essential sales automation tools
 

* Support Marketing with product definition and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
 

* Work closely with Marketing, R&D and Customer Support on customer customization requirements, implementation, onboarding, continuous customer support, be the voice of customer
 

* Proactively learns customer business details and integrates into customer engagement
 

* In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business initiatives and accountable to meet key metrics of growth in our emerging digital solutions business
•    Will work closely with R&D and Business Strategy functions

 

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science major or minor desired; MBA preferred
 

* Minimum of 7 years of sales industry experience including 2-3 years’ direct experience in early growth B2B SaaS/PaaS sales (lead to close and grow) role required
 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 

* Must have a high degree of initiative and creativity; Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
 

* Hunter role working on new logos
 

* Experience in account-based marketing, serving a large and complex customers in B2B SaaS and PaaS space
 

* Experience working in agile and customer centric frameworks
 

* Strong bias for action, the ability to think big, with insistence on high standards
 

* Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment, excellent communicator
 

* Experience with flywheel sales model and customer success is a plus
 

* Strong Communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
 

* Demonstrated relationship management skills
 

*  Proven experience acquiring new customers
 

* Strong process and analytical skills
 

* Travel required once Pandemic subsides
