Job Description

Develop the existing designated Strategic Accounts base by continuously strategizing with clients and expanding our product base with the account. Develop and maintain a sustained relationship with each client by coordinating resources in the company to provide excellent customer service. Ensure effective execution of sales and projects according to account needs and Key Players through extensive follow up. Set up appointments with assigned accounts to introduce customers to Olympus product lines and arrange formal presentations. Promote teamwork by partnering with peers to generate ideas for gaining business and solving challenges. Build cooperation and commitment to achieving goals. Provide business analysis and reports as required: competitive marketing trends forecasts budget goals.

Job Duties

* Establish effective relationships with customers at high hierarchy levels and monitor monthly operational performance (actual vs budget sales and marketing strategies implementation).

 

* To coordinate multi-functional teams to provide exceptional cross functional support to selected accounts.

 

* Identify and select jointly with direct supervisor the strategic accounts building long term and healthy strong relationships. Jointly with peers responsible of achieving sales profits and growth targets of strategic accounts selected and meet OLA and customer s guidelines (mutually profitable strategic account relationship).

 

* Assist customers along with the Financial Services Department and direct supervisor to achieve greater competitive advantage in the strategic accounts through diverse financial service programs.

 

* To develop and implement the yearly strategic accounts business plan providing a detailed guideline for how OLA s organizational capabilities financial resources and company s competitive advantages can create superior value to be delivered to our strategic accounts.

 

* To strengthen the communication collaboration and professional relationship between OLA management and the strategic accounts (it’s Key Players) and support credit and collection efforts by participating in the credit assessment process to maintain strategic accounts being current.

 

* To identify and effectively communicate to OLA s management the strategic accounts requirements to implement the measures and activities as needed to consistently develop the business.

 

* Prepare a detailed monthly report addressing accomplishments areas of opportunities support needs and next month's action plan.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s Degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent knowledge).

 

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical field (preferably in capital equipment) with the demonstrated ability to sell on a commission basis is required.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office) and strong communication (verbal & written) interpersonal and organizational skills.

 

* Must possess a high degree of initiative and creativity and the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

 

* A specialized knowledge of human anatomy physiology and related diseases of the body where Olympus products might be utilized is preferred.

 

* Technically inclined and comfortable working with all types of people and cultures.

 

* Professional individual who is comfortable creating and maintaining relationships. Must be very independent and comfortable making decisions on your own.
