Job Description
This position will be responsible to manage production resources and activities within the medical products repair at the National Service Center to achieve customer satisfaction. This will be achieved through meeting quality cost and delivery goals. Coordinate with other departments to develop and implement productivity improvements to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness of resources. Working with Engineering Operations and Quality Assurance will coordinate all production activities involved in the introduction of new products. The position grasps the larger business perspective and translates it effectively into finite activities.
Job Duties
- Provide guidance leadership and support to personal with Medical Product repair to achieve business objectives.
- Develop staff through education and training to maximize individual and team capabilities to support business requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding the introduction and service of new products development of new repairs and acquisition of equipment applicable to medical products. Develops and implements technical training for ES personnel.
- Prepares and executes MBOs. implement and promotes LEAN production principles Assure the attainment of customer satisfaction through quality cost and delivery of repairs.
- Ensure compliance of personnel with policies processes and standards. Interact with internal and external customers in a professional effective and timely manner as to achieve successful resolution of service repair related Issues
- Develop and maintain performance measurements and control Page 84 of 166systems.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or equivalent experience
- Managing a group of people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Current on LEAN manufacturing production line and quality management theories.
- Effective statistical analytical decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to plan multitask and prioritize resources to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective interpersonal skills and experience working in a multi-cultural workforce environment
** The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $120,000-$168,000 per year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position, including level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
