Job Description

The Sales Operations Senior Manager will lead a team focused on sales execution to drive growth and performance. This position will manage the customer service and account acquisition functions ensuring they are optimized for long-term commercial growth, while also acting as liaison between field sales activities, marketing, and corporate management.

Job Duties

* Oversee the activities of the Sales Operations team, ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time order fulfilment, and regulatory compliance.


* Responsible for conceptualizing and executing ongoing sales reporting and analytics functions, including monthly reporting on key metrics and quarterly sales reviews.


* Leads collaboration with the Regulatory team to ensure the establishment of Emergency Use Authorizations and other policy updates/exceptions where necessary for customers.


* Develops revenue and production forecasts.


* Coordinates with the Marketing team to provide metrics on effectiveness of marketing campaigns in the field. Optimizes sales processes and procedures ensuring that the sales infrastructure is optimized for long-term commercial growth.


* System administrator for SAP CRM and any other applicable sales tools.


* Ensures that sales operations are conducted within the constraints of the departmental budget.


* Manages the sales incentive compensation program(s) including providing monthly compensation calculations to payroll assisting with sales compensation strategy and monitoring associated metrics for the Company.


* Creates and provides training programs on sales tools and processes.


* Works closely with the sales team to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer satisfaction.


* Complies with all laws regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Olympus activities.


* All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



* BA, BS or other 4-year degree required. Finance business or marketing emphasis preferred.


* Minimum of 8 years experience in a sales operations, finance, or business management function required.


* Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required.


* Ability to travel domestically a maximum of 10%.




* Experience working within a highly regulated (FDA FAA FCC) environment preferred.


* Experience with financial management including budget planning preparation of financial reports and production forecasting.


* Experience implementing automated systems and processes that improve the efficiency of operations.


* Sales compensation program development and public accounting background a plus.


* Strong organizational and time management skills.


* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, Visio skills desirable.
