Job Description

Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales objectives assigned to their territory.

In addition, the generation of new business and new customers aligned with SPBU Marketing Strategy.

Job Duties

Main duties are:

  • Identify the needs of doctors and advise solutions according to our line of products.

  • Fulfill monthly sales goal.
  • Develop sales strategies and planning visits in different hospitals, regarding with SalesPlayBook and GTM strategies.

  • Programming evaluation with customers taking full responsibility of the logistics process of delivery of instruments and equipments in hospitals.

  • Visit operating rooms to coordinate and support the procedures scheduled with our systems, as well as strengthen the relationship with the doctor.

  • Relationship with key administrative personnel of hospitals.

  • Follow-up to the process of generation of purchase orders by hospitals to start the billing process.

  • Promote and coordinate professional education events to doctors, mainly through workshops to doctors, operating staff, nurses and hospital administrative staff.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Sales Representative, with the main responsabilities; 

 

  • Lead Generation and prospect qualification
  • Promotion and sale of MSG medical equipment and devices.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions aligned with the MSG portfolio.
  •  Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales goal.

 

With the following requirements;

  • Bacherlor degree,
  • Experience in sales in the health industry, preferably in medical devices.

  • Advanced knowledge in Office, mainly Excel and Power Point.

  • Languages: advanced English in reading. Oral and written at 80%.
