Job Description

The Associate Manager Indirect Channel will be responsible to follow up to the key process in commercial area to ensure the correct and complete process application with different business areas such as customer service, warehouse, quality, finance, and technical service.

Job Duties

  • Assure proper performance management governance is implemented with distributor network of the region according to all requirements established in the current Distributor Management playbook.
  • Lead annual distributor evaluation process. Ensure collaboration and alignment with all key functional areas.
  • Support Commercial team in the distributor termination processes and new distributor onboarding’s as defined by distributor playbook.
  • Provide support to the Commercial team in organizing Business planning and performance reviews with the distributor network. Ensuring all Distributor Governance deliverables from Distributor Playbook are met.
  • Coordinate and facilitate data collection from the Distributors (and other sources) supporting market intelligence and performance review.
  • Support Commercial and BU leadership team in executing activities agreed such as Training programs, etc...
  • Facilitate Quality/Compliance distributor assessment and due diligence performed.
  • Maintain a series of KPIs / Dashboard / Status report enabling OLA leadership team to monitor distributor network quality.
  • Ensure effective communication of all findings related to distributor governance with all key functional areas in a timely manner.
  • Maintain active and accurate repository of all distributor governance documentations required.
 

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business Process Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline administrative area or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating, administrating, and supporting sales area. Sales Force experience is desirable.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft tools; Excel, power point, word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with data analysis reporting and data base management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent communication in English.
