  • Establish and govern global project delivery baselines, priorities, and interdependencies across regions, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to drive consistent execution.
  • Define global operational acceptance criteria and ensure structured transition into Network Operations and regional support teams with consistent documentation, runbooks, and support readiness.

  • Engage business units, regional IT, Security, Cloud, EUC, and Application teams to align global priorities, coordinate regional execution and minimize business disruption.
  • Communicate global progress, regional risks, dependencies and outcomes through executive reporting and stakeholder governance forums.
  • Lead post‑implementation reviews (PIRs) and embed lessons learned into future projects.

  1. Managed Service Provider (MSP) & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate MSP/OEM/carrier contributions to project delivery (SOWs, deliverables, staffing).
  • Run formal service reviews for project workstreams; enforce SLA, quality, and compliance obligations.
  • Manage contracts/renewals relevant to project scope; drive competitive bids and benchmarking cost/performance.

  1. Financial & Benefit Realization

  • Identify and manage project risks; implement mitigating controls and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX as applicable).
  • Coordinate security testing (policy compliance, vulnerability remediation) and formal sign‑offs.

  1. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Maintain accurate documentation: topology, standards, runbooks, test evidence, and CMDB updates for all CIs affected.
  • Deliver training/KT sessions to operations and regional teams; ensure support readiness and monitoring coverage.
