Job Description

The purpose of the Field endoscopy technician I is to provide field technical support to endoscopy customers by applying strategies defined by top management to increase customer satisfaction regarding the services performed thus contributing to contract renewal prospecting new customers thus contributing to increase the market share of the service area.

Job Duties

Work directly and/or in partnership with customers and sales representatives providing preventive and corrective maintenance to customers so as to increase the satisfaction level. Install endoscopy equipment according to Sales area requirements. Provide basic training to customers so as to ensure the proper handling and minimize malfunctions due to misuse or improper disinfection process. Diagnose equipment problems by means of inspections and identification of root cause train customers regarding cleaning and disinfection thus ensuring the equipment is handled according to company standards. Liaise with major decision makers (e.g.: Nurses Doctors Procurement managers) and provide support to endoscopy service requirements thus contributing to business growth. Prepare schedule and control period reports on control performance regarding the services provided over the time. Support area management periodically by submitting information or other activities thus ensuring the improvement of area performance.

Job Requirements

Necessary requirements: Education: Technical course in Electronics Electrotechnics or Mechanics. Experience: More than 2 years of experience in field service to health care customers. Technical knowledge of medical device repair. Language: Intermediate-level English desirable Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint. Skills: Organization Communication and interpersonal relationship; Corporate Skills: Integrity and Compliance; Operational Efficiency Customer focus
