Job Description

Apoyar actividades administrativas de licitación tales como:

  • Soporte en la estrategia de ventas del gobierno para presentaciones de licitaciones.
  • Garantizar un flujo de licitaciones adecuado, asegurando la eficiencia del proceso, el cumplimiento, los requisitos del cliente, los procesos de la empresa, las pautas y las necesidades comerciales.
  • Seguimiento de licitaciones gubernamentales.
  • Garantizar que la documentación de las ofertas se mantenga y se guarde adecuadamente en el archivo.

Job Duties

  • Monitorear las licitaciones gubernamentales en diferentes plataformas.
  • Analizar las bases de licitación y coordinar la reunión de lanzamiento para mostrar los requisitos gubernamentales a las áreas de apoyo.
  • Preparar información, técnica y económica para procesos de licitación.
  • Coordinar con los diferentes equipos de Olympus la presentación correcta y puntual de las ofertas.
  • Supervisar las ofertas enviadas.
  • Elaborar todos los requisitos legales para formalizar los contratos derivados de la licitación.
  • Realizar todas las actividades necesarias relacionadas con todo el proceso de licitación.
  • Supervisar el ciclo de licitación, incluidas las ventas previas y posteriores.
  • Elaborar un informe de licitaciones mensual.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos.
  • Dar soporte a actividades administrativas para Access.
  • Elabora varios informes para la gestión.
  • Apoyar a la empresa con la revisión del lenguaje del contrato de rutina para su aprobación.
  • Prepara varios informes para la administración.

Job Requirements

Requisitos indispensables

  • Escolaridad:  Licenciatura/ Ingeniería
  • +3 años de experiencia en ventas en la industria de la salud.
  • Conocimiento y/o técnica de ventas. (Cursos o certificaciones son un plus)
  • Venta estratégica: manejo de diferentes técnicas de negociación con tomadores de decisión.
  • Experiencia manejando diferentes clientes de manera simultánea.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en Office, principalmente Excel y Power Point.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar 50%(nacional)- Región Occidente
  • Inglés intermedio (Lectura al 50%)

 

Requisitos deseables:

  •  Experiencia en industria de dispositivos médicos.
  • Ventas de equipos de capital / ciclo largo: deseable
  • Experiencia utilizando CRM
