Job Description

The Training Manager’s responsibility is to ensure documentation and teaching sessions are completed for all System Integration Customers. Training may include Train the Trainer programs, virtual collaboration, and hands on sessions. Responsible for overseeing development, delivery and maintenance of all technical documentation. The Training Manager is responsible for the management of Sr. Technical Writer.  

Job Duties

* Manage the execution of Customer training programs, new product training programs for all stakeholders of the Sales Business Centers.


* Creation of training programs including schedule coordination, agenda, assessment tests and program certifications.    


* Determine the best methods for training delivery and retention including virtual solutions.


* Develop, document, and maintain training programs for all members of the SI MBC.


* Provides support for pilot and new product introductions.


* Produce well-written reports, presentations, and product feedback.


* Works effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Designers, IT Applications and Escalation Management.


* Develop relationships of respect and collaboration with leadership in all SBCs.

Job Requirements



Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business administration, or related discipline


* Minimum of 5 years of training experience.


* Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 30%.


Strong communication, training, decision making and troubleshooting skills.


* Must be able to work within an operating room environment.




Solid customer skills and the ability to deal with difficult customer situations.


Must be highly detailed, self- motivated with the ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.


* Strong process orientation and analytical skills.


* Ability to interact with field personnel, management and customers.


* Individual must possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative and creativity.


* Demonstrated leadership skills.


* Must have a high degree of personal organization.


* Must possess excellent computer, communication (written and verbal), inter-personal organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Technical and or document writing experience desirable.


* Must work well under pressure.


* Excellent communication skills both written, verbal and presentation.
