Job Description
This role serves as a senior individual contributor primarily supporting the project management, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Total Rewards programs and initiatives across the Americas, with involvement in select global projects. The primary focus will be within Compensation initiatives.
The position partners closely with Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support cost‑effective, compliant, and scalable solutions, with a strong emphasis on project execution, vendor performance, data governance, and system enablement. The role also contributes to Total Rewards–related M&A integration activities and continuous improvement efforts, supporting harmonization and a consistent associate experience across the region.
Job Duties
- Serve as a key individual contributor supporting Total Rewards technology initiatives, including vendor implementations and the ongoing HRIS migration to SuccessFactors, with a focus on project management, execution, data integrity, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Rewards team to ensure awareness of, and alignment with, regional strategies, programs, and practices.
- Partner with Compensation COE members and the Senior Manager, Benefits, Americas, to support capability building for HR Business Partners through knowledge sharing, tools, and guidance.
- Contribute to program updates and enhancements by supporting change management activities and business case development in partnership with regional COEs, HRIS, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Total Rewards communications, process documentation, and training materials to support program understanding, system adoption, and a positive associate experience.
- Participate in and support the global Job Architecture initiative, assisting with regional alignment, documentation, and implementation activities.
- Support Job Description Project Management initiative.
- Monitor external provider service delivery and performance against established service levels, escalating issues and supporting resolution as needed, perform analytics and insights.
- Support Total Rewards–related M&A integration activities across the Americas, contributing to planning, execution, and transition activities for acquisitions and divestitures.

Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years combination of total rewards experience, primarily in Compensation, with an emphasis on project management and implementation initiatives within the COEs.
- Project Management: Experience with strong acumen and expertise, experience and ability to connect with multiple stakeholders.
- Technology: Must have SuccessFactors experience, further experience within the system to develop/deliver technology solutions such as the Compensation Module is necessary.
- Previous experience implementing Job Architecture on a multi-region scale.
- Project management & implementation execution for Total Rewards initiatives, including cross‑functional coordination and delivery accountability.
- Total Rewards functional expertise across Compensation and Benefits.
- HR technology / HRIS enablement, including SuccessFactors experience and system‑driven process improvement.
- Data governance, validation, and integrity management across compensation and benefits platforms.
- Vendor performance monitoring and issue resolution support, including service‑level tracking.
- Analytics and reporting to assess program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Change management support for program, process, and system updates.
- Job Architecture implementation support, including documentation and regional alignment activities.
- Cross‑functional stakeholder partnership and influence in a matrixed, global environment.
- This role will participate in global business hours/meetings that will occur outside of standard business hours.
Preferred:
- CCP or CEBS certification preferred.
