Job Description

The Threat Intelligence Manager is responsible for the execution of threat intelligence and monitoring of enterprise IT and manufacturing environments. They will be responsible for performing threat intelligence in collaboration with managed service providers and collaborating with the Security Operations Lead for risk management.

Job Duties

* Lead the day-to-day activities of the Threat Intelligence function, including but not limited to threat intelligence, network monitoring, anomaly detection, vulnerability monitoring, and incident monitoring.

 

* Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities surrounding IT security threat intelligence within global regions.

 

* Work closely with managed service providers to help facilitate the identification of threats facing Olympus’ enterprise IT and manufacturing environments.

 

* In response to intelligence receive from managed service providers and Threat Intelligence Analysts (direct reports), collaborate with SecOps to provide information necessary to enable the deployment of safeguards and compensating controls on IT assets and environments.

 

* Assist managed service providers with various regional operational and business teams to drive toward a cohesive view of security risk.

 

* Interact with managed service providers to provide feedback and remediation recommendations on findings.

 

* Other responsibilities / duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, or other related field (or equivalent and related experience).

 

* Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in IT systems security support.

 

* Minimum 5 Years of experience managing a team (Preferably Global Team).

 

* Minimum 3 years' experience leading teams, preferably teams across various nations.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* IT Security certification preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, A+, Network+, Security+, GPEN, GICSP, GRID).

 

* Deep understanding of information security topics (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).

 

* Knowledge about threats, vulnerabilities, Windows patching, Application patching, CVSS 3.0.

 

* Experience working on SIEM applications.

 

* Knowledge of current security risks and protocols.

 

* Experience working across multiple geographies (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
