Job Description

The primary objective of the position is the support of the Financial Planning and Analysis for the OCA Sales Business Center (SBC) and OCA consolidated businesses. The role will focus on supporting Finance leadership in analyzing the financial results and presenting results to the other leaders within OCA. Additionally, this position will leverage new reporting and system capabilities to streamline and enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and insights of all reports produced by the FP&A team. The role will also be the liaison to the global finance team and be responsible for global expenses incurred at OCA. The incumbent will possess the ability to analyze and interpret financial data, with minimal supervision, in order to build and communicate critical decision-driving reports for senior leadership.

Job Duties

  • Prepare executive presentations on financial results for senior leadership. Provide analytics and explanations on performance.
  • Leverage new reporting capabilities to streamline and enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and insights of all reports produced by the FP&A team.
  • Help in preparing the annual budget related to operating expenses.
  • Analyze global departmental operating expense results and variances in order to ensure accuracy. Act as liaison with global finance to ensure accurate month end accruals.
  • Review and provide standard set of reports to FP&A and SBC teams for consolidation and analysis. Help identify any emerging trends.
  • Work closely with the financial systems group to develop and implement system-based approaches for financial planning and analysis.
  • Adhoc data or report requests supporting the overall SBC team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years of Accounting or Finance experience is required 
  • Must have strong PC Skills (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint)
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties in an organized and efficient manner
  • Must have the ability to think critically, produce high quality work and adapt well to organizational changes.

 

Preferred:

  • Hyperion Experience a Plus, but not required
  • SAP Experience a Plus, but not required
