Job Description

The Salesforce Adoption Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the Salesforce change management process, system training, general user adoption, reporting, and data governance on the Salesforce platform. The primary object of the Adoption Manager will be to ensure Salesforce users receive the proper training, tools, and guidance to achieve their goals while promoting system best practices. This individual will manage and validate data quality, timeliness of all library content, user communications, trainings, and support solutions and processes delivered to Salesforce users. This individual will consistently measure and improve upon the effective use of our platform. The Adoption Manager will serve as a liaison to the training teams and operational leaders supporting Sales. This individual will also work with company leadership in prioritizing projects and the Salesforce Applications Manager to ensure successful delivery of projects for the platform by managing resources and ensuring timelines are met.

Job Duties

* Coach, develop, and lead the Salesforce Adoption team consisting of 3-4 analysts. Manage skill development and career paths.

 

* Ensure Adoption team is properly prepared to effectively support/lead any training, regional meetings, requirements gathering, or other sessions in relation to Salesforce Application and system best practices.

 

* Ensure timely and efficient communications are delivered to Salesforce end users and key stakeholders including but not limited to all enhancements, user impacting issues, platform awareness and best practices.

 

* Ensure Adoption team provides timely and effective support to all Salesforce users per business demands.

 

* Establish team roadmap and team processes to streamline and improve Adoption processes as well as maintain department metrics for data quality, user adoption, and feature adoption.

 

* Create and validate sales training materials; ensure documents are up to date with system changes.

 

* Identify application issues, best practices, and needs, and communicate findings to SFE Leadership

 

* Work with various departments and divisions to develop working knowledge of interfacing operations to develop process improvements and tools to maximize efficiencies.

 

* Ensure Salesforce platform is compliant along with Applications Manager. Respond to audit requests, internal and external.

 

* Serve as liaison to Sales and User Leadership.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in Sales Operations, Training or Business Analyst role preferred.

 

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in training.

 

* Minimum of 3 years experience in management or supervisory role.

 

* Minimum of 2 years experience with Salesforce or other Sales CRM.

 

* Experience with data analysis, excel and other reporting platforms such as Qlik, Tableau, or BI.

 

* Knowledge of adult-learning principles required.

 

* Must exhibit tact and diplomacy. Verbal, presentation and written etiquette required with ability to address individuals of all levels.

 

* Occasional travel 5%

 

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Minimum of 7 years of experience total in Sales Operations, training, or support environment, with sales experience preferred.

 

* Salesforce Certification highly preferred.

 

* Experience with SAP or other ERP system a plus. Experience with Conga or Salesforce CPQ a plus.
