Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Olympus Sales Teams and external customers with quotation of Olympus Equipment Service Agreements. The incumbent will provide an exceptional level of support to the teams they assist by answering inbound calls and e-mails quickly, effectively and with helpful and professional communication in an effort to continually optimally optimize customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

  • Function as the primary point of contact for service proposal related requests for the sales force, including Enterprise Solutions.
  • Support sales rep adoption of self-quoting by providing helpful guidance and education on building proposals.
  • Maintain an understanding of Olympus Service Contract product offerings and be able to explain offerings to internal or external customers.
  • Review requests to modify contract terms and conditions; Liaise with Olympus Legal team as required and prepare Data Tracking Records for modifications. · Coordinate documentation needed to complete Olympus signature of service proposals and organize documents in DocuSign to send to GBS for entry.
  • Strategize with Sales Representatives to determine the best approach to prepare and deliver renewal quotes and/or extension quotes for contracts that are due to expire, in an effort to constantly bridge renewal gaps.
  • Evaluate opportunities to expand contract coverage by proactively reviewing customers’ inventory and identifying items that could potentially be added to existing contracts, with a keen focus on replacement or upgraded items.
  • Verify eligibility of On-Site Loaners and prepare all required documentation for On-Site Loaners to ensure equipment is being recorded properly.
  • Effectively multitask and prioritize work based on the needs of the business, customers and departmental requirements.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the GBS to ensure expedient and accurate management of service contract processing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience in contract administration is preferred.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; Aptitude for attention to detail.
  • Overtime as required.
