Job Description

The Respiratory Product & Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the commercial success of the Olympus Respiratory portfolio by combining product management with strategic sales enablement. This role develops and executes portfolio marketing strategies, supports product lifecycle management and launches, and partners closely with Regional Vice Presidents to accelerate growth within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and key health systems. The position leverages market insights, customer analytics, contracting strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities, execute targeted commercial initiatives, and equip the field organization with the tools, messaging, and resources needed to increase market share and achieve revenue objectives.

Job Duties

Commercial Marketing and Enablement

  • Lead IDN-focused strategy including targeting, messaging, and promotion of the economic value associated with the Olympus Respiratory portfolio.
  • Manage product cross-reference activities to support potential IDN conversions and customer product evaluations.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to coordinate logistics for conversion planning and execution.
  • Assist with demand planning by gathering field insights, monitoring forecast inputs, and aligning with internal planning teams.
  • Customize marketing presentations, collateral, and product information to support IDN-specific needs and business development efforts.

 

Marketing & Portfolio Management

  • Lead and execute the strategy of the assigned product portfolio.
  • Develop promotional materials and sales tools that accurately represent the Olympus Respiratory Lung Cancer product portfolio and highlight key value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance—to ensure content accuracy, portfolio alignment, and approval readiness.
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product messaging across multiple channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation, marketing assets, and competitive intelligence resources.
  • Build, maintain, and manage healthcare professional (HCP) relationships, always following the OAI code of ethics and compliance guidelines.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Provide support on portfolio lifecycle activities, including product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
  • Participate in field interactions to gather customer insights and ensure marketing materials meet evolving market needs.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role. Minimum of 2-4 years with a Masters/MBA. Medical device or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to support cross-referencing and demand planning tasks.
  • Must be willing to travel (domestic) as required (generally 15-25%).
  • Work flexible hours as required, including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Work on occasion within healthcare facilities around infectious diseases and radiation from imaging. (Training and PPE provided).

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position in this location is $94,580.00 - $132,412.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). 

 

Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position, including level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
