Job Description

We are currently looking for an intern to join our Human Resources Talent Acquisition team in our Center Valley, PA office. This program will run from January 18, 2022 to April 8, 2022. This is a part-time opportunity involving up to 20 hours per week.

Job Duties

As a Human Resources Intern working in our Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to our mission by helping complete key projects related to recruiting for and organizing our Early Talent Programs, such as Co-Op, Internship, and Apprenticeship Programs.


Potential Projects for Spring 2022 include:


*  Assiting with planning and execution of campus recruiting activities


*  Working with our Social Media and Communications team to promote Olympus to potential job candidates


*  Helping continue Olympus Diversity & Inclusion initiatives on college campuses


*  Creating communications for incoming interns


*  Suggesting and planning programming for Olympus' Summer 2022 Intern Program


A typical day for you will include:


*  Collaborating with your supervisor, other departments, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and next steps.


*  Working independently to complete role-related assignments and projects.


*  Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.


*  Engaging in other duties, as necessary.

Job Requirements



* Must be enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.


* Must complete sophomore year before the internship begins and graduate after the internship ends.


* Preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

* Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).

* Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.


* Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


* Must be able to work well within a team and independently at times with limited guidance.


* Must be able to interpret and apply new information.


* Must possess strong, professional communication skills.


* Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship.
