Job Description

The Global Business Analyst - Success Factors position oversees the research, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, verification, implementation and deployment of all SuccessFactors (SF) modules enterprise-wide. This position will leverage best practice technology solutions to continually upgrade and improve the implemented SuccessFactors modules. This position will provide ongoing technical expertise and consultation on system functionality, system upgrades, configuration, and reporting/analytics. This role will also act as an internal consultant to functional subject matter experts to perform quality assurance data integrity audits, troubleshoot SF system-related issues and provide coordinate system updates with Global Release Manager.

Job Duties

* Evaluate, analyze, configure, regression test and maintain SuccessFactors modules; provide guidance and assistance to HR teams.


* Synthesize and analyze best practice data to identify new technology and process trends that result in recommendations to key functional SMEs groups for each SF module implemented.


* Think creatively and strategically to make design recommendations and manage the execution on a program administration level.


* Collaborate and consult with SMEs and other internal stakeholders to resolve SF platform issues and improve technology/system design to better meet business needs.


* Lead specialized, and complex projects for all SuccessFactors modules/platform.


* Manage client and evaluate client feedback for continuous improvement recommendations.


* Responsible for the review, testing and validation of SuccessFactors releases.


* Change management


* Coordinate all audit requests including, but not limited to User Access Reviews, Walk-throughs, Interim Testing, and SOC1 Report reviews.


* Manage relationship with SAP including all system Incidents and ongoing initiatives

Job Requirements



* Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Organizational Behavior, Information Technology or related field.


* Minimum of 6 years of technical/system administration experience managing HRIS technology including experience with Success Factors, or similar HRIS system, implementation and/or System Administration.




Experience with multiple SF modules such as Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Profile, Recruitment, On Boarding and Off Boarding is preferred.


* Experience with SF Employee Central is highly preferred.


* Project management and/or experience consulting with client/system owners on implementation and system maintenance.


* Strong habit of documentation of process and procedures.


* Be a proactive partner.


* Have excellent written communication skills, and be customer focused to create training materials, system job aids, and reference guides in support of talent management systems.


* Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to present/communicate complex information to all audiences.
