Job Description

This position supports the origination of equipment financing transactions from information provided by the Financial Services sales personnel; ensures the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all finance contracts and related order execution providing exceptional internal and external customer service.

Job Duties

* Reviews and revises information received to establish financial services contracts.

 

* Coordinates the organization of all transaction elements, including the review of all pricing documents for accuracy and completeness ensuring that established profitability and pricing guidelines are followed.

 

* Utilizes InfoLease and Rapport systems to document and track information from pricing document, credit application, equipment quotations, service quotations and contract net book value analysis.

 

* Assists Financial Services field Reps and Equipment Sales Reps regarding the status of their transactions.

 

* Organizes customer leasing document packages including Master Lease Agreements, related Schedules, itemized listing of equipment, UCC filings and more.

 

* Submits transactions to Credit Department to obtain credit requirements for documentation and approvals.

 

* Coordinates net book value analysis buyout and rollover requests and contacts product group operations for return of appropriate assets.

 

* Processes end of term paperwork for accounts that own or are returning the equipment.

 

* Coordinates funding for non Olympus products, working capital and other financed items by preparing payment requisitions, reconciliations and required signatures.

 

* Maintains direct working relationships within the assigned territory to support current and future business needs.

 

* Liaise between Financial Services Sales Representatives, Equipment Territory Managers and Business Units.

 

* Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.

 

* Minimum of 2 years of experience with contracts and tenders.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

* Strong organizational skills adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.

 

* Strong attention to detail.

 

* Strong computer skills (Word Excel Email etc.).

 

* Excellent verbal written and listening skills in French and English.

 

* Excellent translation skills.

 

* Good mathematical skills.

 

* Must be a team player.

 

* Risk Management of tenders/quotes to minimize company exposure. Works well under pressure and able to multitask. Previous tender experience in Medical Industry preferred.
