Job Description
The End User Experience and Support Specialist creates the design of tailored end user experience solutions from an end-to-end perspective whilst analyzing and understanding user requirements are incorporated and continuously improved upon. This role also supports and contributes to the strategic approach to user experience design as part of the wider digital workplace strategy by also highlighting the advantageous impact of more effective solutions from an end user viewpoint.

Job Duties
User Experience Analysis
* Support the develop a strategy for enhancing user experience to achieve product goals, based on a good understanding of product strengths and limitations relative to market/customer trends, market opportunities, and consumer experience.
* Research and document findings and create customer scenarios to be shared within the team as well as collaborating product teams; ensure user experience strategy is embedded in product design.
* Create UX design and understanding the business value of investing in user experience.
* Stay abreast with industry trends and best practices to understand new innovation in product development.
User Experience Design
* Identify and analyze user requirements with the use of user journeys and use cases to be translated into concrete criteria.
* Provide expertise and leadership in the design, configuration, and management of user experience as part of the digital workplace.
* Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to make design decisions related to core and new functions or features, as well as identify design problems and devise optimal solutions.
* Support service level targets are met, with delivery of services assessed, monitored, and managed against the targets.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
* Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in product-related management positions.
*Minimum 1-2 years' experience in user experience design.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATION:
* Working experience with end user computing and delivery of digital workplace solutions, preferably in a global and complex business setting.
* Good understanding delivering product projects in a large scale and complex business setting.
* Experience on user experience design and its strategic underpinnings.
* Good knowledge on working in an Agile IT environment would be a plus.
* Demonstrable technical skills.
*Demonstrable business and technology acumen.
