Job Description

As a member of the Olympus Financial Services team, this role is responsible to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency for our leasing portfolio. Support and drive the generation of new and existing leads that transition into revenue dollars through small and mid-ticket transactions. Manage customer and internal expectations while identifying, resolving and or escalating critical issues.

Job Duties

* Respond to all inquires received from internal and external customers via phone and or mail on new leads or opportunities

 

* Problem-solve daily and liaison between customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments to close out new business

 

* Provide customers with accurate and timely information on leasing status as well as pending applications

 

* Understand and translate company policies and practices to sales and customers as needed.

 

* Gather documents and other information needed for sales representatives within SAP and Salesforce to win new business.

 

* Follow up on back-order equipment with Sales Representatives.

 

* Assist with helping sales meet its business objectives by helping ensure customer relationships maintain revenue and profitability goals.

 

* Works closely with Field Sales to execute corporate strategic initiatives towards revenue targets

 

* Process quick lease applications up to $250,000.

 

* Support as needed Sales Support and Booking team.

 

* Liaison for large national accounts to help push requests through the processing lifecycle for new business.

 

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* HS Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

* Minimum of 4-5 years of sales operations or inside sales experience required.

 

* Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Proficient in Salesforce and SAP preferred.

 

* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships at all levels

 

* Highly organized and detail oriented

 

* Solid listening & problem-solving skills

 

* Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively

 

* Requires a calm and patient personality and dedicated work ethic.

 

* Must enjoy working individually and in a team environment.

 

* Must be professional and punctual.

 

* Ability to stay focused and have excellent time management skills.

 

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Internet and Email.
