Job Description

Administrate and manage Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and independent contracts as assigned to the Olympus Business Services of the Americas in addition to other areas of assigned responsibilities



Job Duties

* Develop in depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions.


* Provide assistance to questions concerning contract terms and conditions.


* Correctly maintain contract customers pricing terms and conditions within Olympus' ERP system.


* Review and process various levels of credit/rebill requests, contract audits, general mailbox maintenance and compliance management.


* Process customer requests for tier movement in accordance with contract terms and conditions and Olympus policies utilizing sales data analytics.


* Coordinate products additions removals and price increases to where and/or when appropriate within Olympus’s ERP system.


* Develop working knowledge of terms and conditions of all contract programs to provide guidance to Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representatives and Corporate Sales Team.


* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.


* Advanced knowledge and skill in Microsoft Excel is required.


* Reporting experience with Business Objects, Power BI or similar reporting software is required.




* Knowledge of GPO/IDN segment of healthcare industry preferred.


* Prior experience in contract administration preferred.


* Proficient knowledge and skill in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word PowerPoint and Access) is desired.


* SAP or similar ERP experience is strongly preferred
