Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Olympus sales force in the sale of Olympus equipment service agreements for customers of MSG.

Job Duties

* Demonstrate “product” knowledge and proficiency with hands on use of tools and resources · Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, CRM, and ECC modules as well as Business Objects


* Reporting Tool and any other introduced systems or tools


* Maintain communication with Service Contract Business, to ensure the accurate and timely execution of service contract transactions


* Maintain communication with Leveraged Contracts and Financial Services, to ensure efficient and accurate management of service contracts that are associated with these agreements


* Manage accurate and timely completion of all Trade removal from Service Contracts


* Manage accurate and timely completion of Obsolescence removal from Service Contracts


* Preparation and distribution of customer notifications for service contract document updates/changes


* Manage service contract documents for distribution and retention, utilizing Cases and Crooze.


* Keep management informed of any significant events or concerns, assist in identifying and anticipating escalations.


* Collaborate with Contract Bookings management to establish processes and drive continuous improvement and consistencies across the team.


* Analyze and reconcile billing discrepancies · Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior.


* Contribute to the reporting of key performance indicators (e.g. processing stats, accuracy stats, backlog stats).


* Effectively multitask and prioritize work based on the needs of the business, sales force, customer and departmental requirements/expectations.


* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



* Experience with SAP, Salesforce and Business Objects is preferred.


Demonstrated proficient knowledge and skill in Microsoft Excel is required.


* Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational and analytical skills.


* Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.


* Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload in order to meet demanding deadlines.




* Demonstrated proficiency knowledge and skill in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, and Access) is desired.


* Prior experience in contract administration is a plus.


* Must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
