Job Description

The Compensation Manager implements and administers base and incentive programs/processes. They manage job evaluation process and monitors the competitive market to ensure fair and equitable pay practices. They ensure compensation programs are compliant with all internal policies and government regulations and are aligned with the Company’s goals and long-term objectives. The Compensation Manager acts as a consultant to the business and HR colleagues to provide guidance on pay decisions and any other compensation-related topics.   

Job Duties

* Manages grade structures for all countries in region.

* Manages job evaluation process to determine appropriate job level and salary range.

* Maintains and administers Corporate Bonus Plan.

* Manages annual salary increase process. 

* Manages compensation-related HRIS systems. 

* Manages participation in salary surveys. 

* Develops compensation-related communications.

Job Requirements



* Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.


* Minimum of 6 years experience in compensation or equivalent analytical function.




*  Ability to interact with employees at all levels in a confidential, professional manner.

* Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to compile and present data.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong time management skills and ability to set and manage priorities.


* Proficient in computer systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS. (preferably SAP/Success Factors)

* Client focused and professional.
