Job Description

The purpose of this position is to perform assessments of Olympus Operations to determine the compliance with existing Policies and Regulations. Additionally, assessments will be performed to determine if existing processes align with Industry Best Practices.

Job Duties

  • Verify compliance with existing Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP’s) and Work Instructions.
  • Evaluate established practices to document that they align with Industry Best Practices.
  • This will include process mapping and the use of diagnostic aids to measure performance with our internal and external customers.
  • Provide assessments of pricing related to Group Purchasing Organizations (“GPO’s”) to substantiate accurate invoicing to customers and review membership for appropriate tier classification.
  • Provide support for requests from both the Olympus Internal Audit Department and our External Auditors.
  • Assist with reviews related to Olympus’s Federal Supply Schedule (“FSS”) contract.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as requested by Senior Management.
  • Assist in Anti-Kickback related assessments.
  • Update Quick Reference Guides and other Departmental documents as changes in business processes occur.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Business is required
  • Minimum 1 year of applicable business experience is required.
  • Must be able to travel not more than 10%.

 

Preferred:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint) are required.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize requests.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Cooperate and participate as an effective Team Member in creating a positive working environment.
