Job Description

This position interacts directly with internal and external customers to track and maintain all transactions for Central Repair Loaner Programs and Onsite Loaner Service Contracts to ensure the timely return and placement assets issued to the market in relation to Service and Repair programs or activities. The position also works proactively with colleagues in the National Service Center to maximize the customer's investment in Olympus equipment.

Job Duties

  • Performs duties of Consultant Asset Retrieval.
  • Liaise with both internal and external customers to ensure return of Repair assets.
  • Actively maintain and manage nationally transactions for Repair Loaner tracking Perform invoicing for use and non-return or execute approved credit transactions related to Repair asset retrieval.
  • Perform credit / rebill transactions related to financial reconciliation functions executed by Customer Solutions.
  • Use business applications (SAP/Datasweep) to review document and correspond with internal / external customers regarding loaner retrieval activities.
  • Maintain daily reporting related to retrieval activities.
  • Monitor the Loaner Retrieval mailbox and respond to customer inquirers within 48 hours in assigned areas.
  • Engage and maintain open communication with Olympus Sales personnel and Field Support staff in order to address customer concerns related to retrieval activities.
  • Execute approved credit and billing transactions related to loaner compliance billing and accounts receivable reconciliation activities.
  • Ability to identify anomalies and proactively escalate to management when requests are outside process.
  • Maintain acceptable standards for attendance and work overtime as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years customer service/collection experience required or minimum of one year asset retrieval experience. Associate's Degree desirable.
  • Minimum two-year customer service or collections experience required OR Minimum one year asset retrieval experience required.
  • Must be self-motivated with exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize and mange tasks independently.
  • Very good customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good team building and interpersonal skills: able to interact with a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment using multiple programs while maintaining accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word).
