Job Description

Working together with the Manager of Salesforce Enablement (SFE) and Sr. Manager of SFE, the Adoption Analyst II will be responsible for creating content training and guiding field personnel Operations Marketing Sales management and other stakeholders on the consistent measurable and effective use of the SFE platform leveraging OnFocus execution of Vendor Accreditation and completion of new hire processes and requirements essential to the performance of their duties. This analyst will serve as the resource for all Medical Systems Group (MSG) and internal stakeholders in the on boarding/off boarding processes for MSG field sales personnel. The Adoption Analyst II will also be responsible for managing the Vendor Accreditation process for MSG and other Olympus businesses including but not limited to OSSA. In addition, the Adoption Analyst II will train and support stakeholders on OnFocus new hire salesforce enablement processes and requirements including but not limited to CRM Asset Management Service Audit and other functionality residing within the SFE platform. The incumbent will work with Corporate partners to develop revise and communicate policy process enhancements and other updates as applicable to the on boarding/off boarding process OnFocus Vendor Accreditation and new hire processes as it relates to Salesforce Enablement.

Job Duties

* Develop and execute New Hire Orientation training and resources essential to MSG Field Sales Manage Vendor Accreditation process and vendor relationship Manage OnFocus project management platform and resources following the adult-learning principles leveraged by our Sales Training team develop training content specific to roles supporting consistent use of our enablement tools and SFE platform.


* Review content with various stakeholders including Sales management Legal Compliance and Sales Training to ensure content is robust and effective. Ensure reports are delivered to stakeholders that provide visibility to effective use of tools and processes.


* Analyze usage data to identify trends and areas of improvement. Identify and communicate trends to the SFE management team.


* Document relevant input gathered from the field to enable the Voice of Sales to effectively communicate the information to all resources supporting the field.


* Serve as resource for all stakeholders in support of OnBoarding/OffBoarding OnFocus Salesforce Enablement platform for new hires.


* Manage Vendor Accreditation processes for all Olympus personnel as applicable. Manage Vendors within the Vendor Accreditation process.


* Manage OnFocus process and serve as vendor point of contact.


* Guide Field Sales Salesforce users and leadership on compliant completion of requirements to gain access to the Salesforce Enablement platform, as well as Vendor Accreditation Organizations.


* Serve as the primary contact for all Olympus Medical Systems Group Sales personnel as part of their Onboarding to Olympus. Serve as the primary contact for our Vendor Accreditation vendors as well as represent Olympus in any Vendor Accreditation or OnFocus events.


* Performs all other related duties as assigned. Perform Ad Hoc Projects as needed/assigned.

Job Requirements



Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience in Sales Operations Training or Business Analyst role.


* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on data analysis utilizing Microsoft Access and/or Excel required.


* Telephone and written etiquette required.


* Must be able to travel (Minimum of 10%).  Ability to work flexible hours some weekends and evenings may be required.




Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales Operations / training / support environment, prior Sales experience preferred; or minimum of 3 years experience with process development optimization training or analysis.


*  Minimum of 2 years experience with SAP or other ERP system, CRM or other sales support systems strongly preferred.


* Ability to understand business needs typical user behavior and system capabilities and combine that knowledge to develop efficient and effective training and documentation.


* Proven ability to train users of a system; Knowledge of adult- learning principles a plus.


* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.


* Proven ability to document processes and workflow. 


* Must be a team player have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.


* Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
