Job Description

The DevOps Engineer would be responsible for managing the Azure & other Cloud DevOps environment and ensuring that the software development team can work efficiently in a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

They will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of software applications in a highly automated environment, and in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Duties

Configure and maintain the Azure DevOps environment for the software development team.
Manage and maintain the CI/CD pipeline and ensure that all code is validated, built, tested, and deployed using automation.
Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate various aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, policies and procedures.
Collaborate with data engineering team to design, implement, and maintain data pipelines.
Building baseline.
Developing and maintaining automation tools and toolchain for infrastructure management, continuous integration and deployment, and other DevOps functions.
Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance, automation and scalability.
Be the solution ambassador for cloud solution, architecture, related technologies, and their interdependencies.

Job Qualifications

Required:

BS/BA degree, ideally in computer science, engineering, or comparable background.
Minimum of 12 years of experience working as a DevSecOps architect or in a related role.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role with Azure DevOps, including configuring and managing build and release pipelines.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Solid understanding and experience of CI/CD concepts and experience with Azure DevOps tools, such as Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Boards.
Expertise in working with Github and/or Gitlab.
Experience with MLOps Pipelines.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or terraform.
Traveling: 10%
