Job Description
The Azure Security Engineer will identify security related requirements, analyze cloud software designs from a security perspective to provide security and compliance blueprint that will be integrated in the overall cloud deployment plan. The security engineer will also focus proactively on the cloud operations and will help to mitigate any security related threats or vulnerabilities.

Job Duties
- Drive the business objectives of digital unit by ensuring and delivering best of class security and compliance function.
- Maintain current knowledge of security trends, technologies, and best practices around Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Provide security guidelines and directions for the entire cloud ecosystem within Digital Unit.
- Provide security advisory and consulting engagements with technical teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare engineering designs and implement software solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Deploy, initiate, and manage PKI hardware and supporting assets.
- Drive engineering requirements to improve security posture.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- BS/BA degree, ideally in computer science, engineering, or comparable background.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a technical role developing, launching and maintaining new security services, technologies, and capabilities.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure related security technologies.
- Experience on Microsoft security and compliance tools like Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview etc.
- Expertise in threat modeling.
- Design and develop frameworks and solutions to secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and manage DAST/SAST/SCA Scans on Web and API applications for vulnerabilities.
- Perform security reviews, audits and threat assessments on Cloud based applications with engineering teams.
- Traveling: 10%
