Job Description
The purpose of the Sales Representative II is to sell and close deals regarding company products by making periodic visits to doctors clinics and hospitals participate in trade shows and congresses establishing a communication channel between Olympus and customers working on prospecting development portfolio maintenance and sharing technical information on products.
Job Duties
- Ensure the achievement of the targets by selling medical line products and accessories planning and closing profitable deals following the established Compliance rules.
- Contribute to grow company market share by identifying customer needs for preparation of sales quotations proposals prices and business conditions.
- Make periodic visits to customers and ensure an effective representation of the brand in their field of activity in order to maintain and prospect customers.
- Maintain updated the entire customer information database regarding structure installed base contract progress competitor positioning and any other relevant information of the specific market.
- Participate in events and trade shows related to the medical area ensure brand exposure and approach customers so as to arouse interest in the purchase of the medical line products.
- Hold business negotiations based on preparation of proposals according to current internal policies and freedom to close deals.
- Perform equipment installation and customer training when necessary ensuring good customer service.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing the achievement of the sales target and business development of the specific region sales revenue forecast of future business competition movement and company share in the competition market.
- Collect and organize the documentation of new customers and submit it the Customer Service area ensuring customer registration.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- University Degree in Business Management or health care areas. Postgraduate degree in Sales Negotiation or related areas is desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct and indirect Sales of medical products.
- Knowledge of Tenders and Regulatory Agencies.
- Intermediate-level English Knowledge of sales techniques and knowledge of medical products preferably endoscopy equipment.
- Skills: Communication and Influence, Dealing, Market knowledge, Focus on results.
- Corporate Skills: Integrity and Compliance, Operational Efficiency, Customer focus.
