Job Description

To manage repair resources and activities of the Medical Product repair line to achieve customer satisfaction through Quality Cost and Delivery. Coordinate with other departments to develop and implement productivity improvement activities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness of resources. 

Job Duties

* Provide guidance leadership and support to the Medical Product repair line personnel to achieve business objectives.

 

* Develop staff through education and training to maximize individual and team capabilities to support business requirements.

 

* Assure the attainment of customer satisfaction through quality cost and delivery of repairs.

 

* Ensure compliance of personnel with policies processes andstandards.

 

* lnteract with internal and external customers in a professional effective and timely manner as to achieve successful resolution of service/repair related issues.

 

* Develop and maintain performance measurements and control systems.

 

* Report performance to line personnel and to management.

 

* Manage repair input and output turnaround times work in process queues daily system transactions inventory usage and through put times in order to identify productivity improvement opportunities cost reductions and process efficiencies.

 

* Develop and maintain an enthusiastic motivated and competent workforce.

 

* Manage projects to a successful conclusion according to budget schedule and resources. Review schedules periodically to make appropriate adjustments.

 

* Manage and control costs through the budget process. Review budgets regularly.

 

* Maintain proficiency on position-related duties and responsibilities.

 

* Perform all other essential duties as directed. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* College degree in Business Engineering or equivalent experience.

 

* Minimum of two years managerial experience in a manufacturing/production environment. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Strong Customer Service skills.

 

* Current on production line quality inventory and customer service theories.

 

* Effective statistical analytical decision making and problem solving skills.

 

* Organizational skills. Ability to plan multitask and prioritize resources to achieve objectives.

 

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

 

* Leadership skills.

 

* Effective interpersonal skills and experience working in a multicultural workforce.
