Rotational Development Program

The Olympus Rotational Development Program is a 24-month program (consisting of three 8-month rotations) for recent graduates designed to develop and train early talent through targeted rotational assignments and learning opportunities in one of our many business units and functions.

Olympus Early Career Programs, like the Rotational Development Program, support Patient Focus by equipping the next generation of talent with the skills and knowledge needed to help our various teams make a difference in the lives of our patients.
