Field Service works to support our customers by enabling them to perform vital procedures every day to support their patients. We offer two types of field-based roles: Our Field Service Engineer team ensures that equipment is installed, serviced, and functioning properly so customers can successfully perform procedures; and our Endoscopy Support Specialists provide valuable training and education to maintain equipment function and performance.
