Job Description

The Associate Digital Campaign Managermaintains responsibility for executing strategy, management and optimization of Olympus digital media campaigns in alignment with business objectives for all medical businesses. In addition to campaign management, the role will oversee the methodology and KPIs being utilized for campaign performance, optimization, data analysis, and reporting. This position will also play a critical role in helping to guide and progress Olympus’ digital marketing efforts and capabilities and will require the ability to collaborate extensively and support large-scale projects while remaining focused on day-to-day duties.

Job Duties

* Develop strategies, build/execute campaigns, and manage budgets that span across multiple channels and platforms (e.g., social media, SEM, display, YouTube, third-party data providers, etc.) while being able to prove and explicitly present ROI to executive leadership.


* Manage agencies and third-party vendors from both an administrative and campaign performance perspective.


*  Act as the primary point of contact for the development and implementation of customer personas and digital customer journeys.


* Regularly interact with sales team to coordinate lead handoffs and develop/run training on pertinent topics (e.g., how to properly utilize content, how to manage and vet digital marketing leads, etc.)

* Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creative (text, static, animated, video) meet performance goals.


* Coordinate with global team members on best practices and various initiatives (10-20% of the time).

*  Continuously develop and evolve multi-touch and multi-channel attribution and capabilities in order to enhance prospective customer journeys, experiences, and lifetime value.


* Recommend and support new strategies, platform integrations, MarTech platforms, and workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency within the marketing organizations.


* Ensure adherence to values, ensuring legal & compliance is top of mind during strategy and implementation of digital approach.


* Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements



* Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field required.


* Minimum 3 years of digital campaign management experience required; must be able to demonstrate previous positive ROI campaign performance experiences.




* Experience building, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns.

* Experience with B2B lead gen and multi-touch nurture streams preferred.

* Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a strong plus.

* Experience working at an agency a plus.

* Experience working in a regulatory field a plus.

* Strong understanding of optimal multi-channel approach: social, digital, media, and content metrics.

* Working knowledge of media planning, distribution, measurement, optimization, and syndication of content.


* Excellent skills in gathering and analyzing internal and external research and organizing them into sound content strategies that are viable to utilize across channels.


* Basic web development knowledge/experience a plusStrong oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to present concepts and results to all levels, including an executive-level audience.

* Exceptional project management skills.

* Ability to converse both technically and strategically.

* Ability to handle ambiguity and to deal effectively with a constantly changing environment.

* Must be able to comply within existing brand guidelines, tone, and legal standards.
